Could you tell what‘s difference between 20° with 60° abient temperature in power consumption，current will increase？ if yes，could you tell me what will be increaseed？

Yes, it has few difference. pls check d/s on the power consumption spec., the typ. value is tested in room temp. , and the maximum current is involved with the full temp. operation range of 954.
Sorry, we have no data at 20c and 60c.
