TUSB9261: spi loading of firmware' input to the chip the signal masive undershoot

Hi,

I'm using this part in order to connect a massive storage device to a cpu.

During the loading of the firmware, using SPI, I noticed on the Input to the chip the signal has a masive undershoot, and only undershoot, no overshoot.

It gets to about -0.8 to -1 V. can it harm the part, is it outside the AMR? What can be the cause of this. the SPI is connected directly to the EEPROM.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply.

I cant get the waveform because it is in a closed network.

The wave goes from low to high in 1.6 ns and down 1.1n. The rising looks good and stable but the fall has a ripple that gets to about -800mV. i would love to get the datasheets that specify the max under shoot or AMR of this IOs.
