Kindly provide me the following parameters for TVS 3301

1. Response Time

2. Power Dissipation

    1. The TVS3301 will respond extremely fast if the voltage exceeds the clamp voltage, as it is designed to clamp ESD pulses. This means the device will engage within <100ns to clamp the overvoltage pulse.

    2. The power dissipation will vary significantly depending on the length of the pulse. The device datasheet characterizes against both DC events as well as standard IEC 61000-4-5 20us pulses and IEC61643-321 1 ms pulses. If a different pulse length is needed, the best option is interpolate between those points.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Kindly provide me the exact value for peak pulse power dissipation.

    Also provide me similar parameters for TVS 2701 diode.

    As mentioned, these values are in the device datasheet in the absolute maximum table for the 1ms and 20 us pulse lengths, for both the TVS3301 and the TVS2701. Without knowing the length of your pulse, I cannot give you any more details.
