XIO2001: Does enable ASPML1 impact TLP transfer halt

According to errata, we recommend customer disable the ASPMl0s to prevent TLP transfer halt.

customer is asking can they do disable ASPM L0s and enable ASPMl1 in XIO2001 design?

There have been no reported issues of enabling ASPM L1 so it should be okay.
