Hi all：

I have one question.

I've download the dedault firmware (V1.06) to SPI flash, connect the computer to TUSB9261 with usb cable, and device connect normal. But the HS_FS_CONNECT LED9 (GPIO6 ) still be OFF, it should be ON.

how can i fix this issue. thanks

Hi,

GPIO for firmware v1.06 is described on Table 1 in section 7.3.1.3 of the TUSB9261 datasheet. Currently GPIO 6 does not support this function with v1.06 firmware. To support this firmware will need to be changed.

We have download the firmware V1.03, and solve this problem.
There's another question, PC with windows OS can recognize the TUSB9261 device, and download the firmware successfully, but MAC OS can't recognize this device, do you any suggest?

Hi,

Are you not able to detect TUSB9261 as a USB compliant Mass Storage device on MAC OS? The most recent firmware may fix this issue but take away the LED indicator. Unfortunately we only have very limited support for MAC OS.
