I use TUSB8044A with external EEPROM.

How should I set in Billboard String1 and 2 field?

If I use default DP strings, should I set to all zero from address 0x100 to 0x2DF?

Hi,

If you leave address 2C and 2D eqaul to "0" then default DP string is used. Please see Table 4. EEPROM Billboard Capability Descriptor Map or details.
