I am trying to verify a design with the DP83867IS in SGMII mode, but am having issues. I cannot establish a link, and I am using the USB-2-MDIO to try to configure and manage the PHY for troubleshooting. When I try to run the Find PHY command inside the software, I can see activity on the MDIO bus using an oscilloscope, although the data rate is only about 160 Hz (which seems to be VERY slow to me) and I cannot establish a connection to the PHY through the MDIO link. Any help in getting this connected and working would be greatly appreciated.
