I have question about surge protection device for differential input ADC.

For differential input ADC (e.g. ADS8685), how do I make surge protection circuit?

I found TPD2E007, is this device good for differential input surge protection?

Also, I am looking for reference design too.

I would appreciate if you would give me the information of reference.

Hello,
Do you know how much surge protection you are requiring?
We have TVS1401 that does surge protection and works great for ADC protection as described in the applications section of the datasheet.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I’m not sure the exact value, but input range may be -10V to 10V.

So TVS1401 looks good for surge protection.

Also, application section in datasheet is helpful for me.
