What is the I/O port pins logic immediately after the power is turned on to the VCCP VCCI pin? .

“H”, “L”, undefined or pin configuration?

    Hello Yone-san,

    At power-up, the default state of each port is to be configured as an input. Note that you can find the full listing of default register values in Table 5 of the datasheet.
