Unfortunately TI doesn't have an IBIS model for this device. However on the product's page, one of the recommended alternative parts is THVD1550.
www.ti.com/.../SN65ALS176
Can you check if your customer could use the IBIS model of THVD1550 instead? The switching characteristics are similar.
