TUSB422: how to get 20V when configured as a sink

Part Number: TUSB422

Hi,

I want to supply my project with 20V form standard charger with USB PD. On my PCB i want to use TUSB422 as a PD controller. I would like to ask, which registers should be set to receive 20V on VBUS (when TUSB422 is configured as a sink). I didn t find in documentation any register which is responsible for setting it (for example one of this values: 5,12,20V).

The TUSB422 is a Type-C Port Controller (TCPC), it is only the physical layer of Power Delivery. All the PD protocol needs to be implemented in a microprocessor that will act as the Port manager and control the TUSB422.

Please take a look at TPS6598x family for 20V sink support.

    Thanks
    David
