if the RS485 bus have 96pcs of device and one of RS485 IC is damage ("A pin or B pin short to GND" or "A pin short with B pin")
About others workable RS485 device ,does TI have solution can still keep the RS485 bus working ?

If one of the RS-485 node is physically damaged, I don't think there is a good way to keep communication work until you get rid of the bad IC. You can prevent this from happening by applying better protection (higher ESD level/fault voltage IC, or more robust external components). It is also a challenge to nail down the bad node fast on a multi-node bus.
