Hi Sir,

We are see the SN65DSI86 datasheet Features show the resolution support 1902x1200,

But 9.2.1 single MIPI channel is 1080p(1920x1080 60Hz), If customer SN65DSI86 use the single mipi input，Can be support 1920*1200 resolution?

May I Double check with you, about the calculate .
the customer single mipi input so DSI lanes is 4.
if resolution 1920x1200 60Hz 24 Bit, the 1920x1200x60x24/4DSI=829.44M, Less than 1.5Gbps per lanes.
So if single mipi input SN65DSI86 can be meet 1920x1200 right?

Assuming for 1920x1200, the pixel clock is 154MHz

Then the total_stream_bit_rate = 154 x 24 = 3.696G

Min_DSC_CLK_FREQ = total_stream_bit_rate / (2 x min_DSI_lane (4)) = 462MHz. So single MIPI input is sufficient.

Please make sure they have TEST2 pin pulled high in their schematic.
