Hi,

We are planning to give LVTTL logic signal as input to AM26LS31CD. Please confirm whether this part will support LVTTL logic as input or whether it will support any other 3.3V logic.

We have found that MC3487DR also supports balanced differential line driver. Whether this part will accept LVTTL as input?

Hi,

Yes, AM26LS31 input works with LVTTL logic. MC3487 is an old device. Is there any reason you choose it?

We have found that MC3487 is the direct replacement for AM26LS31. Other than that, there is no specific reason for this part selection.
