Sigcon Architect GUI Error Message

Dear Team,

My customer said after install and open SigCon Architect GUI, it post warning message as below when first startup:

Stuck on loading Main.Vi screen.

They tried on two different win10 notebook but has same problem.

Please help to clarify the problem. Thanks.

Hi Jim,
Is a Win7 computer available in the lab? We have not updated to Win10 at this time.

Lee,

My laptop is Win10 also. But I didn't see the same issue.
But I will ask the customer to install on Win 7 for try.

Did Nasser's suggestion fix the Win10 problem you saw at the customer site?

Dear Lee and Nasser,

My customer installed WRTE version before. But they still saw the issue.

Now the problem has been solved.
For your reference, it work properly after install .NET framework, link as below.
