Please provide mold compound CTEs or data sheets for DP83867ISRGZR referenced in PCN #20190411001.1. We need data for new and old mold compounds.
We were informed the new mold compound was Sumitomo G700. Data sheet attached.
Please confirm this is correct and provide previous mold compound data sheet.
