Could you tell me the output impedance of TTL OUT pin?
I check the data sheet it has not been described.

    Hello Yusuke-san,

    I don't have a specified value for this parameter, however, a rough estimate (from the IBIS model) is around 20 ohm. Please notice that this can vary with operating conditions (load, temp, supply voltage, ...) and also due process variations.
