TPS65983B: TPS65983B PD test fail

HI,

I suggest take a scope trace of VBUS and CC1/CC2 because the common failure is VBUS not at the correct level. Some testers will measure this automatically.

Please also post
-the tester configuration with Model and Software Level.
-Patch Level for 83B
-Reference Design used and .pjt

The tools is TPS65983 Thunderbolt Application Customization 4_10 .
FW is TPS65983B_FW_6.59.
system is Tapex ATX. Port A is pass , just port B fail.
so I did not have idea for those fail.

Thank you for the update. I do not have enough information to help understand the issue further. IT would help to compare port behavior if the configurations are identical but one is passing and one is failing. The failures look more related to electrical issues than PD communication issues to me.
