I purchased this LMH1251EVAL / NOPB-ND board, but it does not work, performing some measurements I found that the v-syn signal does not come out of lmh1251, while all other signals seem correct, can it be broken?

Hi fabrizio,

I cannot find this board on ti.com so I do not think it is something we support anymore. However, I have found the test procedure for the board which you can reference below:

You should also check if there's any issue with VSYNC from your video source.
