DS90UH949A-Q1: VTERM max rise time

Part Number: DS90UH949A-Q1

Hey team, I wanted to confirm what the tolerance of the Vterm risetime is for the DS90UH949A-Q1. The datasheet says 1.5ms MAX, but in my customer's system they will have 1.6ms at 25C, will that cause a problem?
