DP83TC811EVM: USB cannot connect

Hi team,

I connect the power supply with 12V and connect USB interface to the computer. But the USB-2-MDIO software can not identify the connection. Is there any other software I need to install? Thanks.

Hi Arie,

Have you downloaded 'DP83TC811EVM-CDC-Driver Software '? This will download a zip with a folder named 'USB_Config'. In this folder there is a file with '.inf' extension that is needed if you are using the software for the first time.
