DS90UB948-Q1: I2C being pulled down for a long time

Dear TI Experts,

I am now using DS90UB948 and DS90UB949, and meet with a problem need your help:

Sometimes the SDA & SCL is pulled down for 200-300ms, which lead to the master cannot operate the remote I2C

Normally the SCL and SDA are pulled down for less than 1 ms

I'd like to know what factors can lead to such problems~

PS: The lock signal of DS90UB948 is high

Hello,

Is the problem occurring on the 949 side or the 948 side? Which side is connected to your host processor and what hardware is being used? TI EVM or something else?

We only do the DS90UB948 part, and we think it's the DS90UB949 part that cause the stange phenomenon~
