Hi,
Customer is developing 1588v2 PTP and NTP based Time synchronization server. Have gone through DP83640 device & related documentation. In that (snlu049.zip, National Semiconductor Ethernet PHYTER® Software Development Guide) it is mentioned that this directory contains a full PTP v1 stack, which was derived from an open source project found at:sourceforge.net/.../ with ALP kit.
1. Does DP83640 support IEEE1588v2 ?
2. Is IEEE1588v2 stack available ? If so, please share same.
3. Customer wants to procure required EVMs to setup IEEE1588v2 master and slave demo. Please help to suggest required EVMs & also share demo setup slides.
