We have questions for the strap configuration. This question is related with e2e.ti.com/.../2960099
3) Strap Configuration are latched at 3 events:
a) At Power Up before device is out of reset
b) At HW Reset using RST_N pin
c) HW Reset using register configuration.
1. Question for the time of latch.
-How long does it take from power on to strap configuration latch?
-How long does it take from HW reset to strap configuration latch?
2. Question for the strap pin register.
-Is it ok to use 3.3kohm register for strap pin PU?
