We would need the below information:

-DS96F174MQML-SP: could you please provide the radiation information?

-DS26F32MQML-SP: radiation information are in the datasheet. However in order to assess if additional ELDRS test are needed we would need to understand what semiconductor technology is used for this device.
   Do we have details on the technology used?
   Is DS26F32MQML-SP sensitive to HDR and how much?

    There may be an error in question.  I think you are asking if the DS26F32 is sensitive to LDR, not HDR.

    The space grade DS26F32MQML-SP (quad RS-422 receiver), DS96F174MQML-SP (quad RS-485 driver) and DS16F95QML-SP (RS-485 transceiver) use the same process and have the same design elements.   The process is the space grade, bipolar LFAST process.  There is a paper with LDR test data on the DS16F95QML-SP in the product page in the Technical documents tab that shows that it is ELDRS-Free.

    We have tested the DS96F174MQML-SP at LDR of 10 mrads/s and it passes 100 krad (the highest dose we tested).
