TPD1S414: Applying power to VBUS_SYS with VBUS_CON floating

I have a board that we will be testing with a pogo pin interface.  The current jig does not allow me to plug in a USB cable to the board and I didn't provide a testpoint between the connector and the TPD1S414 input.  The only place the test jig can apply power is to a TP after the TPD1S414.  Will there be any issues with VBUS_SYS having 5V on it while VBUS_CON is floating?
