no, only SATA_TX/SATA_RX can be used to transfer data to the SATA device

Can the GPIO be used as a bus to pass data to the SATA_TX ?

for example 11 bit data path with a 1 bit strobe as an input, the data passes through the TUSB9261 and out the SATA_TX

No, we do not have firmware that can support this application.
