I saw that the TPS65987-90EVM is used with the TUSB1064, can it be used with the HD3SS460? How to configure it?

I have TPS65987-90EVM and DP_EXPANSION EVM, can I use it together?

Hello,

You can use the following block diagram from the TPS65981 datasheet as reference. The connection between the TPS65987D and HD3SS460 would be the same.

For your other question, no you cannot use the DP-Expansion-EVM. You will need to use the 10G-Expansion-EVM

How to use the TPS6598X Application Customization 5.13 configuration, and how to configure GPIO.
I want to input the DP signal through the Type-C port and output the DP signal to my display device through the HD3SS460.

Hello,

You would use the GUI to create a configuration file for our device that meets your system needs. You would then program this to an external flash. You can follow the following app note on how to use the configuration tool. www.ti.com/.../slvub60a.pdf

The DP signal would not pass through the PD controller at all, but only the MUX. You would control the orientation of the MUX using a plug orientation GPIO event on the PD controller
