Hi Team,

There is a white paper on the web that walks through MIPI debug testing for CSI interface: https://teracomm.com/newsite/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/MIPI-Testing-in-ADAS-WP.pdf

Is there a similar white paper that you know of for DSI? If I leverage the white paper above, are there considerations I should make for DSI that are different from CSI?

    Hi Jared,
    For our devices, both DSI and CSI uses D-PHY physical layer. So any psychical layer tests will be the same.

    Protocol level are slightly different. For example, different data types, different short packets.
    Looking at this white paper, I think the DPHY generator and analyzer they listed supports both CSI-2 and DSI, so you should be able to reference this paper for DSI testing.
