Hi Team,

There are Fast Role Swap Caps at SYS_PER in TPS65987EVM.

I believe these caps aren't required for Source only application.
Is my understanding correct?

Hi Yaita-san,

That is correct, the Fast Role Swap capacitors on the EVM are optional. The capacitors are only recommended for Device designs that will support FRS from Old Source to New Sink direction.
