XIO2001: PRST never go high

Hello,

My customer is facing a problem that PRST never go high after GRST deassertion.
They have confirmed the below things.

1. All 1.5V, 3.3V and PCIR power rails are enough stable before GRST deassertion.

2. REFCLK is clocked over 100use before PERST deassertion

3. GRST is deasserted over 100msec before PERST deasserion

What should they check to make sure what happens?

Hi Oba,

To clarify, is the customer attempting to de-assert PERST# in their system in order to make it go high, but it remains stuck low? How many devices have have shown this issue? Can they share an oscilloscope screenshot of the power-up sequence?

Hello I.K.

The problem is PRST (not PERST) doesn't go high after GRST/PERST de-assertion.
They have made two boards and they can see the same issue on both board.
I will sent their power sequence in a separated mail. Could you please check?
