    1.Component junction temperature spec. Tjmax( ℃ )?

    Maximum recommended Operating junction temperature is ~85C

    Absolute Maximum operating junction temperature is ~105C

    2.Junction to Case Thermal Resistance θJC (℃/W)?

    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)

    =9.1

    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)

    		 =14.3
