Hi,

DP83822 is ethernet PHY only. You have to connect external MAC over MII interface.

The SoC we used is Rockchip's PX30. It has a MAC inside, so it is connected to the DP83822.

We would like to know how to burn/store the MAC address?

OS is Linxus

Hi,

Ethernet PHY DP83822 does not need MAC address for routing the packet to MAC.

It's MAC which needs to have the MAC Address. Please check with your SoC vendor on how to program.
