HI Team,

customer ask that DS125BR401A can use on USB3.0 and SGMII?

or do you suggest device to apply on both Usb3.0 and SGMII.

    Hi Jay,

    I have not specifically tested with USB3.0, but electrically the highest USB speeds have become similar to PCIe.  The device equalization performance would definately work well.

    We have used these devices to work on long SGMII applications which require redriving and equalization.

    I would suggest to look at a USB3.0 redrivers first and then apply them to SGMII.  SGMII should be relatively generic and lower frequency especially if AC coupling is used for the link.
