Part Number: TUSB3210

My customer is looking for the device supporting "USB to GPIO". I found out TUSB3210 in web site. but the status is LIFEBUY.

What is LIFEBUY? Can't I suggest TUSB3210 to my customer?

If I can't suggest, please inform me about your recommendation.

Lifebuy means it's only for existing customer, not for new customer.

for USB to GPIO, you may can use TUSB3410, but we don't have firmware for this application. You need to develop your own firmware.

Hi, Brian

I suggested to use TUSB3410 instead of TUSB3210 to my customer. You said that customer need to develop firmware by themselves. Does this mean that TUSB3210 is prepared firmware to control GPIO, but TUSB3410 isn't prepared? If YES, please share the firmware with me because I want to refer to the firmware for TUSB3210.
