I have question

I have just find KO = 1.75 mm in 21p. Please see the below.

But I found below in 25p.

So I want to make sure what point is different between p21 and p25?

And I am afraid that if K0 is 1.75mm, The hole is large relative to the dimensions of the device itself and I an wondering it will rotate when you shake the box .

customer also ask me some question.

The previous data sheet had 2 types of specifications (1 pin position of TS3USB3000RSER is Q1 or Q3).
This time only one type (1 pin position of TS3USB3000RSER is Q1).
I would like to make sure One more kind (the 1 pin position of TS3USB3000RSER is Q3) could be abolished？
Also, if you order in the near future, will the TS3USB3000RSER 1 pin position receive a taping product with Q1?
It will be helpful if you can confirm.
