Team,

I have a customer designing with the above device and wished to know: should they route this device at 85 or 100-Ohms differential?

Hi Carolus,

In almost all PCIe applications 85 Ohm differential is used. The only case for 100 Ohm differential would be in a channel which includes 100 Ohm miniSAS-HD cables.
