Do you have an IBIS-AMI for SN75DP119 device? We want to run a channel analysis with a DisplayPort protocol using Hyperlynx Channel Analyzer, at 3Gb/s

If not, please provide equivalent IBIS-AMI model.

The model is available from TI.com: http://www.ti.com/product/SN65DP159/toolssoftware.

We verified the model with Agilent ADS simulator, you may have compatibility issue with Mentor Hyperlynx simulator.

I asked for the SN75DP119 DisplayPort repeater IBIS-AMI. Please confirm the sn75dp159.ibs per link provided can be used for the sn75dp119 device.

Sorry, this is a mistake on my part. Unfortunately, we do not have the model for SN75DP119.

Why do you need to use SN75DP119? You may also consider SN75DP130 (limited redriver solution) and TDP142 (linear redriver solution)

The channel looks good using the SN75DP130 IBIS-AMI. However, it seems the designer chose the SN75DP119 part because of the package size.

Can we assume channel response will be the same with the SN75DP119 device?

No, the DP119 uses a fixed equalizaer scheme at 0, 6, and 9dB while DP130 has a programmable equalizer. You can take a look at the DP139 equalization gain curve at Fig 3 of the DP130 datasheet.
