On What event you want to wake the MCU ?
Interrupt pin can be configured to interrupt MCU on any of the events defined in interrupt status register.
INH pin is indicate PHY is powered up or sleeping. For more details, please refer to below app ntoe.

Thanks for your feedback.
My customer would like to let their system entry sleep mode including PHY, so when they want to wake up system that need to know how to do for our PHY.
INH pin is indicate PHY is powered up or sleeping.
How about INT?
And if PHY entry sleep mode, which input voltage that need to exist? VDDA/VDDIO?
