May I know DS90UB960 could be change to use DS90UB964 directly ? without any BOM change and use the same layout ?

Hi Kai,

The layout can be reused. The AC coupling capacitor requirements in the DS90UB964 datasheet Table 15 must be met; check your current values against that table.
