Hi Team,

Would you advise how to share CC signal to both TPS65987D and another IC?

If it is possible, my customer want to use CC to judge whether the front or back of plag insertion

by another IC.

Hi Shidara,

It is not recommended to connect the CC pins to another IC for cable detection. The TPS65987D has a GPIO event for "cable polarity" that should be used for this instead. All the GPIOs on the TPS65987D are configurable using the TPS6598x application customization tool.
