TS3USBA225: Additional IO's for UART

Part Number: TS3USBA225

I have a question on the below part, I am planning to use it for switching three UART to one FTDI so that I can use one USB for debugging three UARTs. I see that others are mapped to Audio and USB – Do you think  there would be a problem in using the other IOs for UART?

Application as below.

  1. UART coming from modem/MCU1/MCU2 is being selected by SEL lines
  2. UART are all 1.8V compatible IO.
  3. Output side is going to one USB connector through FTDI chip.
  4. Note – SEL as well as Input and output are all 1.8V IOs.
