TUSB4020BI: About Android Driver

Hi

My customer applied TUSB4020 to his board. and OS is Android. From previous quiry on E2E, I found "The TUSB4020B uses generic hub drivers provided by the operating system.  TI does not provide any hub drivers".

Is  this policy applied to Android also? or is there driver specific to android?

Now, TUSB4020 is not recognized by OS. So, Before posting this question, I reviewd customer schematic accoridng to TUSB4020BI Schemaic checklist( SLLA408).
