Hi,

I do not have enough data to have a specification, but across 10 devices the typical part to part skew is ~ 50ps.  This skew is defined as the skew between two devices running at the same VDD, same temperature, and same channel.

These devices were likely from the same fabrication lot.  If parts between different fabrication runs are mixed together I would expect the part to part number to be significantly higher.  Likely ~ 200ps.
