Look for appropriate SerDes solution

Hello Professional,

My customer consider to use SerDes for optimizing communication line.

He plan to use SerDes for below communication signal.

- an I2C(400kHz or 1000kHz)

-GPIOs(5~8 lane)

Moreover customer take care about latency and it need less than 5ms.

I think this usage is not popular and I couldn't found best solution for this requirement.

Would you provide your suggestion and recommended device?

By the way, I don't familiar with SerDes devices. So I would like to get the documents about fundamental of SerDes, if it is possible.

I'm sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, we haven't done communication for TV. We are only have for automotive products.
