    Hey Dawson,

    There are two types of Maximum junction temperature: Recommended Maximum and Absolute Maximum.

    For Recommended Maximum: 85C is the answer.

    For Absolute Maximum junction temperature, i would putting the limits based on the Vcc levels.....

    At  Vcc>3.6V I would recommend you stay below ~90C

    At Vcc<=3.6V You should stay below 105C
