TUSB2036: Device unknown on Windows 7 but working on Windows 10

Hi,

When I connect my circuit to the PC with Windows 7, it shows up as an unknown device, but when I connect my circuit to the PC with Windows 10 it get's recognized.

The actual frequency of the quarz isn't 4MHz but 6MHz.

Hi,

You need need 15k pull downs on DP0 and DM0.
