TPS65988: IC Temperature when 200W Source Out

Dear Team,

My customer would like to use TPS65988 for dual-port 20V/5A Source. 

And they would like to know what is the temperature of the chip when sourcing dual 100W (total 200W).

Is there any reference data that could provide to us?

    Hi Jim,

    The temperature of the TPS65988 will be dependent on the layout on the customer's board. This is not something we have specified. Instead, we specify the RDSon vs. ambient temperature. The temperature when passing 20V/5A on two ports will be dependent on the customer's layout.
