Hello

Iam using TUSB2077A for usb hub, and i have few questions related to this topic,

1) what is concept of Over current and Power on pins on above ic,

2) what if i didnt connect anything on that pins.

please help me to find above solutions.

    Hi,

    1. Please read section 8.3.1 USB Power Management. The section describes the OVERcurrent pins and PWRON pins. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    2. If these pins are left as no connect the USB Hub loses the ability too control downstream port power and report over-current conditions to the USB Host. reporting over current conditions tot he USB Host is required to be USB compliant.
