Hi Team,

We have a customer who wants to get the maximum junction temperature and thermal resistance (theta ja, jb, or jc, whichever is available) for DS90LV017ATM/NOPB

    Hello Felipe,

    The thermal parameters for DS90LV017ATM/NOPB are as follows:

    Theta JA-High K: 122
    Theta JC, top: 68.3
    Theta JB: 62.3
    Psi JT: 18.7
    Psi JB: 61.8

    There isn't a max junction temperature specified for this device, however, I believe it is 125C. Notice that the rise in junction temperature above ambient temperature due to self heating is very small, since the power consumption is very small.
